Yes, Afridi is having a really good season. And when he comes in crowd awakes, because there is something about to happen.

For example this year. Afridi started the innings in a Test match and India already set a lot of players on the boundary rope.
West Indies was in the first match on the winning side, but Afridi came and they had about 5-6 players on the boundary rope.

I think for any other player there won't be a team who will change a field setting for just one player.
