My First Offical Download for BLIC by me. The England ODI Kit for the unlicenced mode, This is the first version of the England Kit and there's some corrections needed (eg. the Admiral Logo is a tad too large).

Because I converted them into .dds and everything when a started playing it :. I'm fixing it now anyway
