Application Help!!!

i cant open some of the files ive downloaded from this site, ive been able to do it before, It happens on prakash config editor, SavTweak, prakash Lineup Editor, GD Kit Replacer and prakash player editor, does anyone know whats wrong???

It's a vb problem. The solution has been posted a few times if you do a search for "comdlg32"

another problem!!!!!! the same error message but this time reading "mscomctl.ocx" help please!!!!
