United States have been rocked through some controversies and will not play any cricket for foreseeable future. During the boards finding, USA was meddling in other countries cricketing decisions. Board member Talha was seen giving Bribe to two families, one in India and one in Pakistan that goes by last name Kohli and Azam so they could move to USA. Talha saw some talent brewing and he thinks they will be future superstars.

USA cricket condones this behavior while appreciating Talha to looking for USA's future.

I'm not sure how that works actually... the series takes up 4 slots but one team can play a max of 3 matches, so does the series take up 4 slots or 3 out of the 12 slots a team has? @Na Maloom Afraad please clarify.

As many slots for series/tournaments as mentioned in the first post, even if teams actually play a game or two fewer.
