The Xbox one had it's day 1 patch go live yesterday - if you've got the original pre-load then it should update for you, that's why there is a 1.5 gig difference noticed above.

We make the game but Xbox host it - if there is an issue please contact them (I doubt there's an issue though) - we will monitor to see if anyone else has problems.

It means you’d be paying for it twice. If you download it today (by paying), then you wouldn’t need the disc at all
