I am getting decent amount of edges and LBW , with gameplay speed 1.5x , difficulty hard and sliders at hardest , pitch marker on.

Does this anything to do with gameplay speed?

One big change is the line and length of bowlers has been tweaked for the better. No more horrible wides, and they keep it off stump or just outside

Variable by bowler ability?

We have found found subtle differences by bowler depending on attributes. Brute seems to bowl more short balls for example, so I am assuming yes.

Making the atttibutes make more of a difference. So batting with a lower ability batsmen against a world class bowler should be much more of a struggle....
