Assassin's Creed II is an upcoming third person action-adventure video game being developed by Ubisoft Montreal and published by Ubisoft. The sequel to Assassin's Creed, it is set to be released in North America on November 17, 2009 and in PAL regions on November 20, 2009 on iPhone OS, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.The release date for PC is Q4 2010

Minimum System Requirements:​

3. - Dual core processor (Intel Pentium D or better)
4. - 256MB Direct3D 10 compatible video card, or Direct3D 9 card compatible with Shader Model 3.0 or higher

7. - 16 GB free hard disk space
8. - DirectX libraries (included)
9. - Vista compatible sound card
10. - Keyboard, Mouse
11. - Microsoft Xbox 360 Controller (optional)

I should recommend having a Dual Analog Controller while Playing.

I never played the first game: is it worth picking up now (PC version?) as it's most likely quite cheap and were any issues sorted out via patch?

Assassin's Creed: Director's Cut is available at Zavvi for ?9.95. Might check it out!

First one was pretty good game. One of the complaints was that it gets a bit repetitive, and it appears to have been addressed in the upcoming game.

Oh yes even I hate this part of the game.You hae to listen each and every thing again and again if you fail in a mission:doh

Long game?

Not really. There are only 9 assassinations.

Spot on, the best fighting system of any game but very repetitive. Even the bureau looked the exact same in all 3 different cities.

However it can only get better from the first one, this will be a long running series. Should blow Arkayn Assylm out of the water.

Well I don't care about the price as you know I live in Pakistan therefore,I will buy he pirated version just for Rs.160 (=1.96 $)
