David: For me it's Kenya, Ireland, Canada or Netherlands, how about yourself?

Andy: Netherlands, Ireland and Afghanistan might be the dark horses I believe.

Andy: Welcome back to........ CRICKET DISCUSSION!

David: Now we will have our predictions for each match of round one.

Andy: Now over to Ian at the board.

Ian: In our first match two Asian teams go head to head, it's Afghanistan vs Papua New Guinea!

Andy: Afghanistan are the clear favourites here and with that being said I will go for them.

David: It's Afghanistan for me as well.

Ian: In game two it's Bermuda versus Russia.

Andy: Bermuda for me.

David: I don't like agreeing with you, Andy, but I'll have to this time.

Ian: Game three sees Germany take on Scotland!

Andy: Germany aren't up to the standard that Scotland are, so I will go with Scotland.

David: I'm going to take a risk and say Germany.

Ian: Battle of the underdogs Hong Kong vs Uganda!

Andy: Tough decision. Hong Kong.

David: Uganda!

Ian: In game five it will be Italy against United Arab Emirates.

Andy: United Arab Emirates look stronger in this clash.

David: I'll have to agree with you there, Andy.

Ian: Jamaica vs The United States of America.

Andy: Tough...... I'll say USA.

David: I'll go the complete opposite and say Jamaica.

Ian: Kenya will take on Ireland in game seven.

Andy: Two teams that could win the whole league! But it's Ireland for me.

David: To make it even I'll go Kenya.

Ian: The last game of round one will see Canada vs Netherlands.

Andy: Netherlands.

David: Agreed.

Andy: That's all for predictions we will be back to see if we were right!
