Story Auckland Aces World Tour - Bangladeshi Tour Complete!!!

Preface:-

I'm going to be playing International Cricket Captain 2009 with New Zealand, the catch being I'll only be allowed to select players from Auckland.
This will be more or less done in a diary format, with a short scoreboard and a write up after every game.
There won't be any in game graphics, as they are very time consuming and I want to get through as many games as possible.
The first update will contain our fixtures for the upcoming season, as well as a list of eligible players.
I hope a few of you follow this, and most importantly enjoy it. All comments both positive and negative would be appreciated.

I dunno much about New Zealand domestic, but this might help me in knowing more about Aces.

Good idea. I tried this with NSW but I made it even harder by not choosing International players as well. I lost like every match but it was still fun. Anyway, let's hope you can win a few games.

This should be interesting. If I may so myself I do know a lot about the Auckland Aces, but that will make this even more interesting.
I reckon that of the players for Auckland that haven't played international cricket, Anaru Kitchen will be the batsman to keep an eye on, and Michael Bates bowling pace, and Roneel Hira with his left arm spinners.

Can't wait for this to start. Even if there are no ingame graphics, I reckon you could maybe improve the presentation a bit? Maybe use a blue font for Auckland and something other than Verdana bolded?

Yeah, that was very much just an introduction.
The presentation of the matches and updates will be improved.

I've edited the "dairy format" thing as well.

New Zealand squads don't have enough people to allow us to do this :laugh

I did it with the Northern Knights - won 2 T20s, but got smashed every other time.

Chewie added 1 Minutes and 29 Seconds later...

It'll be easier if you use my roster actually. NZ players are generally rated better in it.

There are 22 players in ICC09 that originally play for Auckland.
