OK after reading this I do believe that you desrve to take over, if he only comes when his authority is threatened then that is not fair to your team. While talking about tours, whoever is coach of Pakistan, I believe I proposed for you guys and New Zealand to come for our home series, which will begin after the Champions Trophy. Do you guys want in (3 Tests and Triangular ODI Series)
