Looks like Callum will be relying heavily on Shakib Al Hasan for Sydney's spinning duties.

It's more the fact that Australia have no good spinners, their number one test spinner has a FC average of 49, and their number one OD spinner has a List A average of 39 (with an E/R of 5.4). (I guess Warne would be the best rated, even though he doesn't even play 50 over cricket anymore)

Shakib's easily in the top five OD spinners in the world, and I wasn't going to pick two international spinners as we only have seven international players.

BTW what about Symonds, he'll rip out some offies if needed, plus Clarke has his slow left armers.

I still have Zaheer, Klusener/Morkel and Noffke to bowl their share. I'm just hoping that Klusener bowls and bats brilliantly this season.

I dunno, China, Canada, South America, Afghanistan, Samoa, Ireland, Netherlands, Scotland, Wales, Malaysia. There are other countries where the game is being promoted you know, and ODI's have been played in Amsterdam, Ireland, Wales and Kuala Lumpur.

Or even just play in India or England or New Zealand or South Africa or something.

Afghanistan would be safe.
