Maybe the minimum nominations needed should be reduced to two.

Three nominations will guarentee something is in - but then if something gets one or two, then it's staff/my choice on including it.

It's mostly so people don't keep renominating the same few things or people.

@MattW I think people should be allowed to nominate more than one person as it will help in getting the minimum required nominations faster and will help the nominations to be more diverse and merrier.
