Baggi studio error does not work !!

Hi guys i get this error when i run baggi studios conctl32.ocx a file is missing or not registered

i have got framework net 2.0

why is it giving me this error ? :

Look around these forums before you post - spares the need for yet another thread. Search google and you'll find the missing file.
