Then they could atleast say, "We would have won the cup if only.." ;)

No...he was talking about the matches been arranged with the assumption Bangladesh wouldn't make the Super 8s. Kinda insulting by the BCB to do that, as it doesn't show a lot of faith in the players.

Ohhh, I've got ya now, had a slow few minutes there :p Don't think it's that bad though, they're just making sure they've got plans in place just in-case they don't make the Super 8's. Saves them trying to organise something quickly, once the County's have planned other games and end up not having any match practise until the Lions game.
