I checked the teams: everybody has Vettori as captain, except pavanbharadwaj and hussainisgr8. Both have Shakib Al Hasan as captain, which means both are out of contention as well.

I didn't see so far a Fantasy Game, where people have chosen so dominantly for one person to be as their captain.
