I made an account for my brother, a couple of hours later he was banned for multiple accounts, what is this about??

Might be because both of you have the same IP.

Same IP. They probably just made the assumption you were making multiple accounts. Unless you contact the Admin team prior to creating another account on the same computer/IP address then they'll just ban/delete the account.

Its in the rulebook as well I think.

Well, generally multiple accounts are not accepted here on PlanetCricket. Because you and your brother have the same I.P addresses, the admins would've easily mistaken your brothers account for you making a second account for your personally gain. Hence the ban. When creating another account whether it be for a brother, sister or friend, when it's at your house you need to message one of the Admins on the Administration team and explain your predicament and work it out so another account at the same I.P is allowed.
