Bats......HOW DO YOU OPEN .tga files

HELP need to know how to open .tga files...

If u have Windows XP use microsoft picture it! That comes with XP! It works fine! :

i use quiktime to view the .tga files but i havent got a program to edit them properly any suggestion gilly which program do you use to make the bats?
