Batsmen Charging the bowler

Has anybody attempted a patch or anything to make the batsmen come down the wicket to the bowler.

I think that this is one of the few things that the game is missing

Does anyone have any suggestions??

It's been looked into several times, but unfortunately I don't think it can be done. Paul Smith knows more about .rot files and captures than me, but there doesn't seem to be a capture that shows the batsman coming down the wicket.

How did you view the .rot files. I have no idea If there is a software to view the BLC .rot (captures) file If you know then please tell me. Also If we change the capture the whole program would probably crash because then how will you make the sprite of the bat connect to the ball and make a shot. Thus I think we need to Hex edit to make the charging down the wicket possible.
