Tough pitch to bat on. Stunning performance by Sandeep, he took full advantage of the conditions. Was well supported by all the other bowlers. Kohli did his usual, and Christian and Cummins finished it off in a responsible way. Very happy with this win, as I had doubts about the changes made to the lineup.

Expected a better batting performance from our team. Aaron Finch and Hughes played good but were slow, which meant that AB didn't get enough time on the crease. Nevertheless, our bowling did do well, but expected more from Rashid. Still we made it quite close and soon we'll get the results in our favour. Matt Henry was outstanding and so were the other bowlers.

Shakib played a great innings considering the other people played really slowly.

In batting inning our openers did start steadily but 2 wickets fall in succession. Again it was Rohit and van der Dusan who has control the situation, the latter started slow and steadily but has whack the bad balls. As the pitch was difficult for batting we have faith in our batters but Cooper and short needs to find form quickly.
We did start well in bowling inning though in particular Ferguson, we were confident of his ability and the pitch was perfect for him. Other bowlers supported him nicely. Meridith did provide the crucial breakthrough without it might not have been possible to defend score against the like of Smith, Williamson, Taylor in the middle.
Overall happy to continue winning ways.

Eeeshhh... that hurts. That hurts a lot! To come so close and lose by a margin of only 5 runs when we had nearly 10 overs left sucks. Our openers haven't had the best of luck in the first two games, and I hope we can turn that around in the coming games because their contributions are really going to matter in the long run. I've got no bad things to say about our bowling, it seems to be firing on all cylinders.

The two realiable anchors did it for us. And the bowlers were just pure bliss on this wicket. Superb display of performance by bowlers.

To defend that target is a good thing to witness.

thought we won the game after watching 1st innings scorecard. that was one good comeback, credits to Captain Sharma

after Smith - Williamson's partnership, we failed to have one. that costed us the match

no issues in the bowling department, they are brilliant as usual 20/20 in 2 games :cheers

Great to get a win for us in our first game at home.

All the bowlers were pretty good, especially Amir and Hasan Ali. The captaincy was good too. Now coming to the batsmen, the subtle changes in tactics and batting order worked well. All the batsmen were solid. Babar Azam led from the front to a much-needed win.

Now onto the next one!

Green was impressive but a better show from the middle order would have led us to a defendable total. In the bowling, we needed one more spinner on this track. At 152/6 we were still in the game, but Christian and Cummins played calmly to take their team over the line.
I guess this is the only spin track we are playing on in this season, so nothing to worry about. We can bounce back from this

The pitch was even in true sense . Batting for both teams was dead .... :p

Had it not been Shakib's innings , we would have ended up on losing side . Our bowling still remains a point of concern TBH ( Fast bowling department to be precise ) ....
