Story Best game to write a Cricket Story

id say ea cricket 05 or 07 ( patched versions )
other games just doesn't have all the detail and gameplay that 05 and 07 has.
and for those who doesn't care about gameplay id say International Cricket Captain for the managers out there...

i totally agree.....even ICC 3 is good....just for the squads.....but gameplay wise EA Cricket 05 or 07

I have played each and every game since Ian Botham's cricket.For my story, i used Cricket 2002 because it had like a million patches.Lot of strokes to play.
Cricket 2004: I tried but the game was either too fast or too slow on my laptop.We did have the "No byes Patch" but just wasn't the same thing.And the never stopping rain was too frustrating.
Cricket 2005:The ball physics looked too Loopy to me.Not realistic enough.The ball goes high in the air, drops to ground and stops!!Fielders are too quick.
Cricket 2007:Haven't tried it, maybe will use it someday.
BLIC05: Same shots, same direction all the time.Can't get decent partnership from tailenders.
BLIC 07: Giving it a shot for stories.Looks good.It is a real test.Your confidence goes down and then it takes some time to build it up again.shot placement is great.

I hate bowling, so I bat all the time.Can't compare the bowling.

Haven't played any ICC games!

i prefer to use Cricket 07 for my story because its more up to date with stuff even tho you cna probably get patches for the other games.

For me it's between EA sport Cricket, because you can get a more real
match.
Even ICC is a good choice. for unpredictable matches, because you have no control of the bat or ball. Better in my opition.

I choose EA Cricket because I love to see 3D game and not a manager one.

Whats Good About Cricket 07
Good Tour game, where u can select a tour.
You have more control on the Bat and Ball. so u can decide what target you want, etc.

As for ICC
They are more details on each Player.
You can get they hig score,
best avg,etc
But you wouldn't have control on Batting and bowling.

I prefer any of these. EA Cricket or ICC07

I am actually liking a simulation game, because it allows me to write the story quicker.

C 05/07 wastes too much of my time.
