Can someone help me out with my best XI im not quite too sure on who i should play and where everyone would play best.

i Think at the moment im really not getting the best out of my squad with my nets as well :o

What nets are those 18 yo you have? I would have them on 2 bowling/batting and a fielding. Or you could leave the fielding for later and have:

2 bowling - Cutler
2 bowling - Ningi
2 batting - Dodge
2 batting + wk (17 yo med batting minimum and wk med)
1 fielding or stamina net to be rotated for Cutler, Ningi, Dodge

As for the rest fire - Shaw, Ravenhill and Pilkington replace them with guys like Foy. Should only cost you 1k. I would also replace Matt Ehiogu if you can find a guy that is

If he is 17 yo you could also train him up as an all rounder so 2 bat and 2 bowl on him instead of the 2 bat + wk and stam/fielding net.

You will have to experiment with the aggression.
I would also recommend you selling Ningi or Cutler and replacing them with an attacking/destructive rfm/rf that you can train. Only reason I suggest this is because both your star bowlers are defensive so could struggle to take wickets. So find a guy in the transfer market that looks like
