just a simple question to all the members of pc.
Are you submitting your content yourslef to *link removed* site or they are ripping? I can see more than 30 patches by planetcricket users submitted by the admin of that site. Isn't it ripping? Please no neg rep because this is just a question.

I'm not sure, because they credit the makers. It depends what those owners said in their actual patches.

Doesn't seem to me that he is crediting the makers. He seems too lazy to remove their names. He has just copied the whole thread contents and title and posted it there.

I actually saw a member on a site called " student rocks ", when i was searching for Blackk or Black magic's patch when PC was too slow to browse through threads and though i would get the link direct to the thread to the patch here and to my astonishment, i couldn't find A single planetcricket link..

That sort of ripping has been going on.. I tried to inform many of the administrators of the other sites were the ripped content posting or plagiarism has been going on, and by most, maybe all of them helped me out to remove the topics and ban the users there by asking the sources and the originals..

I've removed the link from your post due to some of the other content on that site which violates our rules to link to. As has been mentioned in various places, yes many sites take the content off this site, but there is nothing we can do about it and I'd prefer you didn't use the name PlanetCricket in posting there.

Also Hitterman look for the 'High Quality Face Making Tutorial in Cricket07' on that site, it is yours. So you can answer your own question, no they haven't got permission.

Well the Cricket 07 mod manager partly aims to solve this problem(Atleast the lazy rippers). Because if we can standardise mod making in the .cmf format, then the credits and readme and everything will HAVE to be displayed because they are built in the .cmf file. There are ways around it but I'm not going around discussing them here.

When i reported there he banned me. He has also ripped many tutorials from my site made by many users. He also has copied the rules from Planetcricket. What to do now. How can we stop this?. Its enough, They are using stuff from PC without Permission. I am sure he is one of the users from planetcricket. I have reported his Hosts.

Not only this tutorial but he has copied more than 10 tutorials made by me .



I think chetan0304 is a mod there.

Well, they have Dr Peppers sig tutorial and he just told me he didn't give them permission. But theres nothing we can do and they did credit him.

How can you so easily say its blackk?


Also, I've seen someone, pretty much like you, sending emails to rapidshare to get blackk's IPL patch deleted as it contained "EA Sports Private Property, and illegal content", does that ring a bell hitterman? Does that make you remember something? :

Everyone, PC staff are investigating on our own any links to members here. If you have some evidence you would like to bring to our attention, PM a staff member, but try not to take this into your own hands. Making public accusations and posting about the site having a virus is not a way to deal with this.

As such I'm closing this thread. Hitterman, avoid sending people the link, things are just as against the rules in PMs as they are in posts.
