Bowling Tips for ICC2013?

My ODI Bowling is horrible in ODI's
I always give over 300+ runs to the opposition and get out for 200-230

I really need some Tips

bowl according to the batsmen weakness. Like Hashim Amla i have seen him get out on a full length bowl with defensive aggresion (offside) in a T20. He always gives after a few balls. See for yourself

Batting In ICC 2013

I Have played a handfull of games in the icc 13 & i have been making scores around 210 - 240 in 50 over cricket. I play my matches ball by ball so its quite long but not achieving the big scores.... all in all my bowling tactics seem pretty ok cuz i restrict my opponents most of the time or keep them down to that score
