Can someone tell me how to take screenshots through fraps...............!!!

hi folks i downloaded the latest software FRAPFARP i just want to know how to use this software while playing game to take screen shots.

there will be a checkbox which says :enable screen capture key" ..check that box and set a key for taking the screenshots.then minimize the program and start the game.....then click the set key to take screenshots
