Cant change outfield designs in downloaded stadiums

Hi,
I downloaded some stadium from academy but when I change outfeilds design before playing a match, it always shows diamond design, even though I select No design, cross hatch or other. is this some bug?
please advice. thanks.

Yep, they need to rectify this and roof colour for stands.
