I think you can set videos to not embed.
The Time stamp is causing the problems IMO

Yes, any idea why? Is it a problem with the site, or is it to be expected?

Yeah, that video has the URL parameters in an odd order, so it isn't detecting it as a YouTube embed. Not sure why it ended up that way, but right clicking the video and selecting 'Copy video URL' seems to reliably give you one that works.

works fine for me
but not that exact link, but i went to the youtube channel and selected this video and played it and used that link and it works fine
