Cant Save My Game At All

HI GUYS

i need your help...
i installed ea cricket 2005 on vista which surprising is playing...

now i cant save my profile or my games...

if i play a odi or test and i try to save... it wouldnt save it...

there happening to be a folder in my documents named EA SPORTS...
but there is nothing in it...

please tell me wat to do...crying

to the right hand side it show PCHARDDISK
something like that
