Career - Certain Formats

Got the game today and loving the career mode. However I'm pretty impatient and don't enjoy playing the First Class matches anywhere as much as the One Day and T20 matches. I'm hoping in the future there will be a patch to allow you to play only certain modes. Eg theres alot of free lance T20 players out there today, would be fun to do a T20 Career Mode.

Do not understand the concept of specialised career modes. None of 16 year old children take up cricket for a specific format. It defeats the purpose of a career mode.

Not really. I'd hope that that kind of option would be added in later. Good idea.

One way is to be purposefully **** in FC format. Ideally the game would recognize that you're good at everything else and you progress in your career as a LO specialist.

I've gotta be honest I would love to see an option like this.

In reply to Vaihbhav, not many (actually, none) 16 years old are consistently in a county side playing all formats without being dropped despite averaging below 10 for a whole season.

Very true. Maybe initially following a particular format and making your way through the top. But at some point when you start performing, you will be considered for different formats. That is how it should work imo.
