I think it's time we moved this along. I've waited more than a week for some of the older members to show up, but none of them apart from @BlitzBerg, @Fenil and @Sulaiman7 have done so yet. I reckon I'll just have to let other reliable managers from the leagues section who've declared interest in this thread take charge of their respective teams until they show up, if they show up at all.

The players ratings will depend on their overall calibre, and most importantly their real life performance during the season/year their teams won their respective CLs in. Stats are obviously taken into account as well. For eg, the Sachin Tendulkar of the Durban Bulldogs will have a much higher rating than the Sachin Tendulkar of WCF, as the former won the CL in December 2010 when he was arguably in the form of his life. The latter won the CL in August 2013, when he was on the verge of retirement and not as consistent as he was before.

The same applies for all the other players taking part in the tournament.
