change the on field AD ?

I've been looking all over and haven't found out how to do this, i can change Uniforms and have done that easy but how can i change the ad thats displayed on the ground ?

Also can/or has some one allready.. please make a National Bank Logo for me so i can change it with the Ea Sports Logo

Furthermore, does any English man know what Logo mainly will be used on the up comming NZ/West Indies tour of England, if you'll know is it possable for some one to make the required logo for me so when NZ is there i can re-enact the tour and whoop some English A$$

just while i'm here has anyone figured out how to change the Side Boards ?
