Charity Wristbands

[King Pietersen]

I've seen alot of players wearing these new charity wristbands and would like to know what it is supporting and where i can buy one. The band is worn by Paul Collingwood, Kevin Pietersen, Ian Bell and others. It's Green and Yellow. Some pics can be seen in the links below:

Any help would be great. Reason i am asking is because my NSPCC one broke yesterday and i felt comfortable wearing one, and it looks cool So yeh, any ideas anyone ?
