Create a player bugs

ive got a bug in the create a player section that ive had since i got the game where when ever i create a player he has a black face no matter what. even if i set the skin colour to white. so when the created players are feilding and batting they will have a black face and a white body is there any way that this can be fixed?
reinstalling the game doesnt do anything

this thing already been discussed alot. Please search the forum for similar questions before starting a new thread. In that way you will get you answers more quickly.

This bug cant be fixed right now and you have to play with the black face.

I'm not too sure about it, 'cause my PC I got white created players my brother don't I'm guess it's because of the video card.

I have 128 MB ATI card.
