Created Player face

Is it possible to assign a created or imported face to a created player? We all seem to have the problem of the create dplayers face looking ridiculous, so can you use say another one from the game?

Carl, thats what I want to do. How did your mate do it? I mean, you cant even use an exisiting copy as a base and then change things which is a shame.
