Creating a player problem

After creating a player i put the player in my squad but when i select him in the team and the match starts the players face color changes to very dark colour real black u can say even though i have created the player with a white face.Only the face is black rest all the body is ok.can anyone help?

That normally happens if you select an asian face.
The easy way out is to select a white face n play.
