Cricket 2004 Not Working

When i click on 'install' it loads but says:

Unhandled exception
Error Number: 0x80070725
Description: Incompatible version of the RPC stub

Here is my System Configuration
Processor : P3 500Mhz
Video Card : RAGE 128 GL (English)
Sound Card :Creative Sound Blaster AudioPCI 128D
DirectX : DirectX 8.1
Operating System :Windows 98SE
RAM :320 MB
CD ROM :48x
Someone Please Help me!! I just got the game all the way from India.

Wierd error message there, don't know the solution, but your PC JUST meets the requirements...
