Cricket 2004 startup

Dear All,
I bought a copy of Cricket 2004 from e-bay and tried to start it up. I got 1 CD from the seller (is it a 1 CD game or 2 CD's?). The game starts up and both teams are being played by the CPU. How do I change one of the team controls to manual? I tried playing the world series and had australia (CPU) and the rest as user but still no change. both teams are still controlled by the CPU. Please help me out.

may before the start of the match ur not selecting a controller,i.e, keyboard,or any joystick or gameplad you have.

i did try changing the controller. i am not able to select a controller. the controller screen is stuck at controller 1 and is not changing.

well what type of a controller r u using.

if a keyboard select ur team using the left and right arrow.

yeah i am using the keyboard. i tried playing world series with australia as CPU and rest of the teams as "User" but still the batting and bowling keeps working on its own. i am also not able to enter the practice nets and select batting or bowling because i am not able to specify controller. on the remap controller screen, i am able to change the shot control keys but not able to change the controller 1 tab. any help from your side would be highly appreciated.
