Cricket 2004 Wont Work

Dear Guys,

Please Help Me. i downloaded Cricket 2004 game from the NET.

its not working in my PC.
When i run the EXE File
it goes into black blank screen and its come back to the Desktop.

i cant play the Game
please help me to play the game

Go to a shop and buy it instead of stealing it. No help from here.
