There’s no patch available for PS5 in the UK. Game is at v0.2.1436 and check for update says it’s the latest version.

What about PS4? Does it also come at the same time as PS5?

Played 50 overs of a test match after Steam update. Sound effects of bat on ball still crappy. Spinners take all the wickets, and also lots of edges from spinners goes to the boundary. Replays are so annoying with the Cricket 24 screen after every boundary. Oh and the crab like side movement from fielders are still there.

Sounds like a huge improvement then.

It would be nice if they actually issued the update… nothing on PS5 anywhere judging by responses to the tweet.

Think that may be a PlayStation thing.. not certain!

Looking for an honest opinion here from two respected voices.

Im tempted to buy the game, more out of curiousity just to see what state its really in, how a test match plays, whether it can even be salvaged by patches etc.

Would it be an absolutely pointless exercise at the moment?

DBC14 had great pitch detail If I recall - visible pitch cracks. Apparently silly licenses are all BA care about now

For some reason BAS is not going back to DBC series and building on it. Guess, they think it as a reverse move, but in truth, it is the best step forward for them.

PS5 - well my sample size is tiny but the spinners weren't overpowered in my game and that makes it that a plus on c22 for me. Steam I'm not sure.

Saw the tweet so can anyone confirm new shots are still available or not I saw few new animations Back foot defense and Cut shot with feet up in the air (in Twiste's video) and some other shots aswell Or they still available and if yes then for all Styles or only style 7?

they'd improve the game massively if they pretended the "cricket 24" stingers on replays was a much-trailed feature like scenario mode and pro team, and disappeared them completely.

C24 the game that changes per the device you are playing in. The only game in the world to give different experiences per device.



Do not Miss out on one of a kind ever release. Only 4299 INR making it one of the most affordable unique game you can ever play.
