Pakistan is not that secure and many intl. players will not paticipate..

PPL was hosted by UAE last season so i need something new..
Engalnd, USA, and South Africa are the ones i am thinking about.. Could anyone please break this tie breaker?

Why not America?
Or else, just go with India, the ever so supporting neighbors of Pakistan.

No way. At least the IPL had "less" number of matches being fixed without them.
