Cricket Leagues - Feedback and Suggestions

Well it depends. How were you going to run the draft? What were the qualifications for players to be chosen?

Yeah..I'm thinking of Draft. Still something is eating up my mind. Dont' know what?

There arent any classifications really. I'll just go through each and every player then decide whether to take it or not.

Well read through my post I made about my idea and see how similar it is. For example, the draft would be restricted to players who have played less than 50 ODIs.

Besides you're already running a league. Not sure why you're wanting to start another.

I'm was just thinking about the new league plans and came upon some thing good which I'll let you all know.

In many leagues there are Drafts to select players. At last all the managers end up with having some Overseas players and rest all Domestic (Locals). Normally, the overseas that chosen are Sachin, Kallis, Steyn and such reputed guys. But, now I'm thinking of some new idea to bring out some players who have talent but are not popular enough. So Everytime, Instead of having those same names we'll get to have to have some different players.

What do you guys think?
Or should I go with the old idea only?

Also, put up your ideas regarding it! New ones are also appreciated

I would say stick with the Sri Lankan premier league, it's going pretty good nowadays.

Well I've started preparing for my league. I'm heading away for the new year so probably won't start until early-mid Jan.

@good: I'm going to be pretty annoyed if your league and player pool is similar to mine. Good luck anyway.

I was thinking of Emerging Players League or New Generation League. Not sure. Thinking of going with NGL.

I'm preparing Zimbabwe Premier League

Doesn't Afrikan Premier League already include Zimbabwe in it? I'm almost certain it does.

Does that mean you're going to have 1 team from each country and they will pick only players from that country?

Yeah, it does.
It's South Africa (6 teams), Zimbabwe (1 team), and Kenya (1 team).

run a test premier league, i would join. if you have some sort of cricket game you can use that as a sim.
