Cricket Sim Game

I have managed to get Cricket 2005 and I was thinking of doing a little game where you become a captain for a country in a world cup and what you do is you select a 20 man squad and you select the starting 11, batting lineup & When the bowlers bowl.

I have created a quick, no thrills forums where you can sign up for the game and where the game will be eventually played

At first I will do the world cup but if it is a success then I'll do more stuff (eg. a full international season, county season)

Well it was meant to be a simulation but got messed up in the process, delivering a hitherto unknown form of gaming (to those who've not played EA's earlier cricket games of course) which mixes elements of simulation and arcade, alongwith a few spectacular and crippling bugs ...

I've joined. How will the stats, etc. be calculated? Equal for every player from early on, or random, or real life ones?

i think every ones stas should be equal to start with.

then over time as your team gets better/worse, individual performances effect their stats

huh? its the world cup and you will be using the stats from the Cricket 2005 game
