I will still continue my Australia Ashes series.

We have 16 free teams, and what i will do is that you post your name, age, preffered hand to bat and throw, preffered position, Batsman, All round, Bowler, Wicket Keeper, Leg spin, Fast and so on.
And i will create you in the team that you pick, and see how players go throughout the compettion.

so basically you're trying to do something like Brett_Lee's idea?
perfectly fine but take into account it while take an age for it to start so prepare to wait a long time!

also you may wan't to make a form for everyone to fill out who wishes to participate!
