You can just dream these

Hayden to retire but if he doesn't then to be the leading run-scorer for 2009 and retire after Australia retain the Ashes.

Pujara should make his test debut.
Dravid should retire.
Yusuf Pathan should become a T20 specialist for India.
Irfan Pathan should get his old swing and form back.
Mohnish Parmar should have a great domestic season.
And of course, Sachin Tendulkar should get his 50th ODI century by the end of the year.

Love that. Should happen! :D..

I kind of follow the IPL but not really but I want Gilly to be Man Of the Series/ Tournament or whatever :)

Kevin Pietersen finish the year as Ashes winning captain and the highest run scorer in 2009.
Stuart Broad finally show his talents in the Test arena and have a cracking year, would love to see him finish leading wicket taker in the Ashes. That'll go to Mitch Johnson though, I'd even be tempted to put money on it.

That's pretty much it.

That's that one gone already then......Not a good start.

Clarke to score 1000 Test runs this year.
Australia to beat South Africa away
Australia to win the Ashes
Steyn and AB Devilliers to be on form and fire when we tour.

Australian selectors to select spinners that spin the ball (i.e. not Hauritz. Krezja would have won that test much quicker)
More of Mendis. That guy is great
Hilfenhaus to get a game
Hayden to get back into his old team-crushing form
Australia to realise despite Brett Lee getting back to his best he still isn't very good and shouldn't be in the Test team
Stuart Clark to come back from injury and rip through teams again
Chris Gayle to continue being cool
India and their board to stop whingeing about everything that goes against them and just play (also Australia to stop inviting them on tours here, ruins my summer when they bring their complaining festival here)
Bangladesh to win a test series convincingly, don't care who it's against but it'd be great

1. SA to whitewash aus in SA.
2.SA to win the odi's in aus and SA.
3.SA to beat england
4.SA to win the world t20's.
5.Imran Tahir to finally provide us with a good wicket taking spinner.
6.Morne Morkel to reach his potential.
7.Kallis to regain his form.

Ponting to continue his "new age cricket" against India in India in the 7 odiers.
Hayden to continue his blistering form.
Mendis against the world (except India :D for obvious reasons, unless we have 11 sehwags)
Andrew Symonds to continue fishing.
Dhoni to remain undefeated in tests.
India to retain the T20 WC.
Rahane Pujara Badrinath to get tests berth.
Munaf, RP Singh, Sreesanth join an English County.
PWnting to continue his wonderful record against Ishant and Harbhajan.

Last one, Hope AUSTRALIA continue blaming IPL for their decline.

I've never heard us blame IPL for our decline once. In fact In Pontings book he was saying how excited he was for the competition.

Plus why did you say "AUSTRALIA" instead of Australia. Lee asked WC the same thing earlier when he said "ASHES" instead of "The Ashes". I've noticed lots of Indians write countries and the ashes in capitals. Why? It doesn't stand for anything!

Yeah...whats with the "continue" blaming. IPL is completely out of the way to Australia's woes.

West Indies to go undefeated whole year.
