Difficulties in bowling in dbc15

Please help/suggest me some bowling tips. I'm playing at legend difficulty but while run up I ended my self resulting in a no ball. The bowlers does not releases the bowl when I try to bowl. I had followed the exact way as shown in bowling guide by pressing "R" analog down and then "R" analog up but still not getting it correct. Please help!! Thanks in advance.

More to the point why are you playing on legend mode when you cant even bowl?
