B) please define the rules in details :should we give teams for each match or a single team for the whole month,

i think if u divide it 4 parts like four weeks it will be cool.

and th test of bangladesh is already half played ,how can u add that??

I am sorry, my mistake, the game starts on March 02, so the first match will be the NZ v RSA 6th odi at Napier.

Rules:

Each player gets to select 11 players off the given list. The players are rated based on their performances in their last five appearances, and considering their form. A player's max. rating is 150.

The team should possess four bowlers, four batsmen, one all-rounder and one 'keeper.

The total value of the team must not be more than 1200 points.

The game is played as monthly game. The players earn points based on their real-life counterparts performances on the field.

One point for every run the players make.
Five for every catch.
Ten for every run-out or stumping.
Twenty-five for every wicket.

Twenty-five bonus points for every fifty-run split in a single innings.

Fifty bonus points for every four-wicket haul, plus ten more for every wicket more than four, in a single innings.

The highest run-getter and the bowler with the best figures of the day get fifty points as bonus.

Only one team per 'user id'. The contestant with the highest points will be the winner.

Each team must be registered every month. You will receive a confirmation PM whether your team has been included within the next twelve hours. The players get three substitutions to make each week. Substitutions can be made on the Sunday of each week. The team will become effective from Monday.

The game starts on Tuesday, Mar 02, 2004. Registrations are open.

Do not post your team here, if you want your team to be unique. Either PM or email me.

You could put up your team name here.

My mail id is [email protected]

:( the team is for the whole month :o

that means if i do a mistake or my player is not playng well ,then i dont get a chance to change my player.

i still think there should be four parts, like four weeks ,where in every week on ur given day we will change the team for the rest of the games but the points will be calculated form the first part to ,

anyway it is ur game and ur rules ,

but dont u think a team for a month, memebers will select the 11 palyers and forget u for a month

and this thread like always will be updated once in blue moon

That's the game the game is played. You select the first eleven in the beginning of each month, then every week, you have three substitutions to make. So effectively, you could have a completely different 11 at the end of the month.
