Dickwella has strike rate of close to 100 with quite good average, so trusting him at 7.
Wellalage is mainly used as spinner in Srilankan odi setup, but since I watched the 70 odd he scored against India, he has all the shorts in the book, but lacking chance in real life, so allowing him to open here.
I personally feel, this local bowling setup along with Hardik, can play well in Srilankan even pitch, so trusting them.

Opting to bat first, Ratnapura’s innings built steadily after an early run-out of Babar Azam.
Shubman Gill gave the innings early thrust with a 41-ball 50, but it was the 127-run partnership between Brandon McMullen (52 off 91) and
Sadeera Samarawickrama (84 off 75) that gave the innings real substance.
Charith Asalanka’s unbeaten 48 and a late cameo from Omarzai lifted Ratnapura to a competitive 292/5, despite none of Colombo's bowlers really dominating proceedings.
Chasing 293, Colombo stumbled early — losing three quick wickets for just six runs after a solid opening from Nissanka and Head.
But Head held his nerve, playing the aggressor through the middle overs with a commanding 112 off 104 balls.
His 114-run stand with Bracewell steadied the ship and shifted momentum.
Once Head departed, Bracewell took charge, crafting an unbeaten 105 off 103 deliveries, anchoring the chase with calm authority.
Though Ratnapura rotated their bowlers in search of a breakthrough, none could apply sustained pressure.
Their lack of control in the middle overs — especially from the fifth and sixth bowling options — eventually proved costly.
