Sehwag Is Dropped Again:

Verinder Sehwag is quickly becoming cat like! Not because of his cricking prowess but because he is bieng given so many lives by this England squad! This time Hoggard feels the pain as Marcus Trescothick, one of Englands safest catchers, puts one down off of his bowling. Hoggard has a taste of his own medicine but the England team would have probrably let him off should this chance not have been put down. Hoggard's outswinger had troubled Sehwag and he really went after one, the bat turned in the hand it it went low to Trescothick in the covers, it came off his palms and dropped to the floor, Sehwag coudnt help but laugh, Michael Vaughan, however, wasnt...

Sehwag Falls As Second Spinner Strikes:

Shaun Udal has finally got rid of the dangerous Verinder Sehwag. The right arm over off spinner has troubled Sehwag by comming round the wicket and pitcyhing it on middle stump and getting it to straighten, he has had a few very close LBW's turned down and had bowled very well in general. He had not been intimidated by the fact that Sehwag had really tried to get after him. He eventually fell to a great bit of thinking by the veteran, he had been looping the ball up for most of the over and in the very last ball he speared one it at the legs of Sehwag and the big man took the bait, the ball got through the gap and crashed into off stump as Sehwag tried to hammer him to the legside boundary. Udal was mobbed by his teamates but especially by Giles, both spinners were heavily criticised after the Pakistan tour but this has put them in good stead for the rest of the match.

Thats the biggie, brilliant innings brought to an end! Looked like a good ball too, probably would have been out stumped if it would have missed the stumps!

Yuvraj and Dhoni are dangerous so it would be wise to get rid of one of them pretty quickly seen as how neither of them are settled.

Fantastic Freddie Gest Another:

Freddie Flintoff has really knocked the wind out of India's sails here, they have hit rough seas after some cruising earlier in the match. Yuvraj Singh was scoring at very slow rate, he only managed 10 in the end, i think he was trying to bat it out untill tea but it didnt work out that way. Flintoff, bowling over the wicket to the left hander, had been getting them to seam away well and had beaten the bat on a few occasions, he swung one into Yuvraj and he took the initiative and played a straight drive, completely missed the ball which crashed into the top of middle stump, another good wicket for the England boys. The next batsman in is Irfan Pathan who is no mug, he has a century to his name so he is going to be a tough nut to crack!

Get in Freddie Flintoff! Now dont let Pathan settle or he could punish England! Get some early pressure on him, id bring in either Harmison from the other end bowling in tandom with Freddie, or bring on Gilo and pressure Pathan with men around the bat!
