This is the English version of the IPL...on a Test Cricket simulator, with some of the great players of the post-war era with an English bias. [Although, like the IPL, it's not ALL of the best players. Some are missing.
There are 8 Teams:
London (The Oval) [Leicester Fox]
Birmingham (Edgbaston) [adyhorn]
Manchester (Old Trafford) [shantanu rooney]
Nottingham (Trent Bridge) [Skater]
Leeds (Headingley) [Pakistani Army]
Newcastle (Chester-Le-Street) [Highlander999]
Southampton (Rose Bowl) [PaulNixon1]
Cardiff (Sophia Gardens) [Freddiw]
These will play in 2 4-team conferences, playing everyone in their conference other home & away during the season, with the the top 2 in each playing in the Semi-Finals at the conference winners home ground with the winners qualifying in the event of a draw. The Semi winners playing a Grand Final at Lords, in a timeless test.

RULES:
All players in the squad have to play at least 1 games as well as being left out of at least 1 game. To guide team managers, after the 1st game, those players still needing to play will be in green & those needing to miss a game will be in Red. (See Squad List Below)
