Error with save tweak

keep getting this error when running the "save tweak" and the "kit replacer editor"
component 'comdlg32.oxc' or one of its dependencies not correctly registred: a file is missing or invalid

? Downloaded COMDLG32.OCX from http://koti.mbnet.fi/~ilaripih/Comdlg32.zip
? unzip the file into your Windows system32 Folder
? Click the Start Button --> Then Run
? Then type "regsvr32.exe comdlg32.ocx" without the "
? Press Enter and it should work
