I read the thread about rules here: http://www.planetcricket.org/forums...ant-links-tutorials-cricket-07-faq-40823.html

I posted twice about problem in running Cricket 07 on Windows 7 in Problems and Questions thread but I am still helpless after 5 days.

"I am running Cricket 2007 on Windows 7.

Game works fine except that when I press "Down Arrow + Left Arrow" buttons, it doesn't play any shot.

It used to play shots in Windows XP but it doesn't happen in Vista or 7.

I tried running it in Compatibility mode but still same problem.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks"

Is it possible to open a sub-section for problems and questions so that members can post separate thread about their problems. This way no problems will get un-noticed.

I hope to see positive reaction from admins.

Thanks

Very few play Cricket 07.
And as far as your question is concerned, I have absolutely no problems running the game on my Windows 7 OS.

I think this too Maybe a separate forum needs to be made

If someone doesn't know the answer, posting it in a new thread of its own will just result in your post not being answered, but in a new thread. Moreover, while many members may not bother reading the problems and questions thread, there's a lot more likelyhood they'd completely ignore a forum full of 'hlp plz' threads.

Most responses in there are either generalised stuff for troubleshooting or people who have had the same problem themselves but found a solution. If neither of these is the case then there isn't much members can do other than an unhelpful post like 'just buy a gamepad'.

Remember that you can also contact EA for support with the game if you can't get a response here.

Ask on the cricket coach forum, and with Cricket coach you cant manually do a shot, it's automatically generated.
